For us, September was extremely busy and at the same time, hardly busy at all. Now that the weather has cooled down some, the kids have spent a great deal of time riding their bikes, which I love. I just wish some of the neighborhood drivers would maintain the 25 mph speed limit. The kids, luckily though, are completely safety conscious.

(Aren't they all just the best?)

The rest of our month was spent holding Ethne, rocking Ethne, feeding Ethne... It is a joy that she is so easy to love. She is an amazing baby. She's beautiful and bright-eyed. She loves to hum and coo. She loves to be held and walked around so she can see all the sights, and also to lay in her crib and stare at its slats. She is still adjusting to her sleep schedule, but the last couple of nights I have actually gotten at least 3 hours in a row. Huge blessing. My favorite parts of her are her extremely kissable cheeks, her beautiful eyes and her love of bath time. Her growing dimples and chubs are pretty great too. And it's pretty fun to dress her up.

We had so many visitors in September too. Our ward was amazing with meals and service. And all of Ethne's grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins have been so excited to see her. She has been showered with gifts and congratulations. We feel so blessed to be able to show her off to everyone. She is so precious.
This is Ethne's Great Grandma, my dearest Oma.
