Zach Conquers Summer!

I am grateful every day for my angels,
Now that Zach is one, he daily gives us even more reasons to
count our blessings!
Discovering the sheer joy of playing in the kitchen sink,
his favorite place to wash his hands after dinner.
He bats at the water in the faucet and then giggles.
Zach practicing the art of toilet paper sculpture, yet again.
He has become a very talented sword-fighter
thanks to the expertise of his older brother and
Master Swordsman, Colin.  Watch your back though,
you never really know when he is going to attack!
Just when you think it is an impossible feat...
your little boy grows up on you and life all of the sudden
gets a little dangerous.  It's not just the pantry he has tried his newfound climbing skills at...the girls bunk bed, the kitchen chairs, our bed, Colin's bed, the couch and the toy shelf.
If our camera took broader shots you may see the blurred vision of me running after him, over and over again.
I would love to experience that again though, the joy of discovering everything for the first time.
Life is good.
