Thirty-Five and Still Kickin'!

Mike celebrated his 35th birthday on the 9th of this month.  We held a family home evening all about how great dads were in commemoration of the event.  I have to commend him for letting us be ridiculous and playing along with all of it.  He's terrific in his enthusiasm for our homemade creativity.

It has become a tradition in our house to do some sort of performance for Mike on his birthday.  This year we decided to rap.  Yes, rap.  Despite what you may think, I am darn sure that our hyped-up versions of "My Daddy Is My Favorite Pal" and "This Month Is Such A Special One" could definitely hit #1 status in the charts.

Happy Birthday Mike!  We love you more than you could ever fathom!  You bring life to our home (especially when you crank up the i-pod on Saturday afternoons), you lift us up, let us laugh, and work your tail-end off for everything that makes us happy!  You deserve the best year... hope we can help you make it happen.  Love you!  Love you!
